Mr Apurv has represented Clients at all fora including the Supreme Court, various High Court and District Courts apart from several Tribunals inter-alia including APTEL, NCLT, NCLAT, Adjudicating Authority and Appellate Authority under the PMLA, and consumer fora is well adept in dealing with a variety of subject matters and is involved in high-stake contentious litigations. He has expertise in infrastructure disputes, arbitration and White Collar Crimes and regularly appears in these matters before various Courts and Tribunals.
