Mr Dinesh Sharma completed his LL.B from Law Centre, Delhi University in 1994 and has remained in the Direct and Indirect Tax Practice throughout this period. He is having a very long and illustrious practice of 28 years. Mr Sharma has huge accounting experience and therefore holds a crucial edge in legal practice in the sphere of taxation, corporate, and commercial laws.
Mr Sharma has represented his clients before High Courts, ITAT, NCLT, NCLAT & District Courts of different states. He also holds expertise in the formation & establishment of new business ventures and he is well experienced to get all the legal clearances done for the smooth running of the businesses of the newly established business entities.
