Mr. Hrishabh Tiwari completed his B.A. LL.B . (Hons) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. He has been handling matters before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, various District Courts in Delhi and various Labour Authorities. He has extensively worked on matters relating to Industrial Disputes Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, various state Shops and Establishment Act, Payment of Gratuity Act, CLRA and various other employment/ Labour laws. He has an expertise in drawing litigation strategy for the clients. He advices and represents the clients on complex issues pertaining to industrial relations/ disputes,minimum wages, gratuity, bonus and other employment related issues. He commands great proficiency in identifying and researching on the complex proposition of law and preparing employment contracts and other employment related documents for the clients.
