Ms. Mewar is a B.A.LL.B. graduate from Bangalore Institute of Legal Studies. She has developed her practice in civil and commercial litigation,Information Technology & Privacy Law as well as alternative dispute resolution. She has an extensive experience of practicing across various courts and tribunals in Delhi, including the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, National and State Consumer Commissions, National Company Law Tribunal, Delhi and district courts in Delhi.
Ms. Kirti has a focus on IP, technology, business and legal issues relating to security of data and privacy. She has advised on a range of data protection issues, including compliance, privacy policies and the processing of data. She is part of the team in the firm providing preventative advice to navigate the complex landscape of data security compliance in India, as well as for assistance following actual or potential data breaches.
