Ms Stuti Gupta is an Associate with the firm and she completed her BBA, LL.B from New Law College, Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pune in 2014 along with diplomas in Cyber Law, Business and Corporate Law. Her practice includes complex commercial and real estate disputes, civil disputes, criminal disputes, and related transactional works.
Ms Gupta is an expert on Matrimonial disputes, Motor Accident Disputes and Arbitration Proceedings. She has drafted agreements for power projects such as power purchase agreements, technology transfer agreements, sale-purchase agreements, high sea sales agreements, employment agreements, defence statements and claims before arbitral tribunals and contested challenges arising therein before Courts. Her assignments include alternative energy source companies, the packaging industry, construction companies, etc.
She has advised MNCs on issues relating to CSR, environment, labour regulations, tax, competition, confidentiality, non-compete terms , etc.
She has also represented matters in writ courts involving the constitutionality of statutes, and protection of fundamental and other rights. (Important assignments include Central Excise, the Delhi Cooperative Societies Act, DSIIDC, and the MCD) before various tribunals/Courts, the Negotiable Instruments Act, offences under the Information and Technology Act, Hindu Marriage Act, Land Acquisition Act, Hindu Succession Act, Contract Act, etc.
